Senior Backend Developer

Being part of a small startup team is a great feeling, which I never had the chance to experience before. Here, things need to be done fast. Really fast. During this time I had the chance to work with technologies like Symfony, API Platform and Sylius. Developed several new features, like customer loyalty program, OTP phone verification of the new users, new customer coupons section and also improved main functionalities by solving performance issues and refactoring the codebase to respect common design patterns.

PHP Developer

During this experience, I developed new Drupal modules for a large-scale CMS project, maintained node.js microservices and developed a new one. I also worked on integrating a new third-party API and improved the speed of the existing Zend Framework application. This thought me the importance of performance while dealing with tables with nearly 800 million records.

Customer Care -> Assistant Manager

This was the place where I shaped myself as a person. I learned the importance of customer satisfaction and how to take care of sensitive situations. I started as a customer care agent solving customer incidents. After that, I started managing the online product listings, listed new products on Shopify and also integrated Shopify with other sales channels like eMAG.ro and CEL.ro. After a couple of months, I became an assistant manager and increased the productivity and the revenue within the company by creating a personal development plan and also implemented daily meetings and KPI reports to monitor the productivity and point out any possible weak spots
