I am Nicolae Tiberius. I build websites, run live events, showcall, operate vMix, design motion graphics, programme QLab systems and architect event platforms. That mix is not random. It is the work I have grown into since 1996: screens, stories, systems and people under pressure.

I started in 1996, editing and creating graphics on the Fast Video Machine. It was strange, loud, limited and brilliant for its time. It taught me discipline: frame by frame, title by title, cut by cut.

In 1998 I joined Animal Tracks Productions. I learned the room first: who calls what, when the client gets nervous, what the crew needs, what breaks at the worst possible moment and how calm decisions save the day. I became a major shareholder in 2008 and Managing Director in 2023.

Websites, platforms and live events fail in the gaps between roles. When I look at a project, I see one connected system: client, message, website, platform, room, crew, cameras, stream, graphics, showflow and audience. Most suppliers handle one slice and hand off. I think about the whole machine. That means fewer surprises, fewer dropped balls and less supplier fog.

Animal Tracks Productions and Nicolae.tech

Animal Tracks Productions Ltd is the production company. I joined in 1998, became a major shareholder in 2008 and have been Managing Director since 2023.

Nicolae.tech is my personal brand. It is where I take on senior production, showcalling, vMix, streaming, motion graphics, web design, platform and EventBlok work directly. When a project needs a full ATP-led crew, the company delivers it. When a project needs a senior pair of hands on the desk, in the gallery, in the edit, or in the build, I take it on through Nicolae.tech. Both routes are available depending on what you need.

How to work with me

Day-rate, project-rate and retained support options are available depending on scope. For web projects, I can take on a one-off build or ongoing care and support, depending on scope. For live work, I can join as a senior specialist or help shape the full technical delivery. For EventBlok or platform work, we can talk through whether you need a product, a pilot, or a custom build.

Useful things to share early: dates, venue or format, audience size, services needed, website or platform goals, deadline and a rough budget signpost. I usually reply within one working day when I am not on site. If your project is technical, public-facing, high-stakes or slightly awkward, that is exactly the work I want to talk about.
