Let's start the email.
If you need a website, a live event, a hybrid show, a streaming workflow, a vMix operator, a QLab build, motion graphics or a platform build, send me the basics. No theatre, no ten-step funnel. A clear message is enough.

Book a call
Pick a time that works for you.
Three ways this conversation usually goes.
A live show needs a producer.
You're producing a conference, launch, awards or hybrid town-hall and want one senior person on showcalling, vMix and the stream from prep through doors.
Email about a live show
A platform needs building.
You want a custom event website or hybrid platform on Next.js + Payload — agenda, speakers, voting, polling, social wall, stream embeds, designed around the live show.
Email about a platform
It's something else.
Agency cover on a specific date, a vMix/showcall hire, press, a question. Send the date and the role and I'll come back quickly with a yes or no on availability.
Say hello
Or send a brief.
The form below lands in my inbox the same way an email does. Tell me what kind of work it is, when, where, and what would count as success. I read everything and reply within a working day.

What to include in your first message
The more of this I know up front, the faster I can tell you whether I am the right fit and quote sensibly.
For live events and streaming: show date, prep, rehearsal and build days; venue and format (in-room, hybrid or fully online); rough audience numbers in the room and online; the services needed — showcalling, vMix, camera direction, streaming, QLab, motion graphics or platform support; and the technical shape — cameras, slides, remote presenters, stream destination, audience interaction, translation, recording or post-event edit.
For websites and platforms: the type of build — WordPress, Next.js, Payload CMS, a private portal, a booking flow, an event platform, an EventBlok pilot or a custom tool; the current problem; whether copy, images and branding already exist; the deadline; and a rough budget signpost. If you do not have all of this yet, send what you have. I would rather start the conversation than wait for the perfect brief carved on a marble tablet.
Common questions before the first call.
Live event production, showcalling, vMix and multi-camera streaming, motion graphics, LED wall visuals, QLab cue systems, and custom event websites and hybrid platforms. The work is led personally by Nicolae Tiberius, with trusted crew and collaborators brought in where a project needs them.
Yes. I run vMix for vision mixing, multi-camera live cuts and streaming, often combined with showcalling and camera direction on the same job. I am happy to come in as a senior vMix and streaming hire on someone else’s production, or to own the full live and stream workflow end to end.
Yes. I showcall everything from conferences and corporate launches to Main Stage entertainment shows — recently MCM Comic Con Main Stage sessions in the ICC Auditorium, with thousands in the room and many more online. I work calmly on comms with stage, AV, camera, graphics and remote presenter teams.
Yes. Hybrid is a core part of the offer, including remote presenters, China-friendly streaming, and platforms that connect the audience experience to the production workflow. The JATO Dynamics hybrid platform is a strong reference: live streams, speaker bios, awards, voting, social wall and polling, with global access.
Yes. I have built and architected custom event sites and hybrid platforms in Next.js, Payload CMS, WordPress and AWS, with live-stream embeds, agendas, speaker bios, voting, social walls and polling. The JATO platform was architected by me and built with Munib and a development team.
Yes. I am UK-based and available across the UK, Europe and internationally. Past work has included shoots in Munich and Rome, with crews and collaborators in different cities, plus remote-friendly streaming and platform projects. Day-rate, project-rate and retained support depending on scope.
If you got this far, the email's worth writing.
I read every message that lands. If your job isn't one I can do well, I'll tell you straight — and most of the time, I'll know someone who can.
