Professional summary
I am a senior live event producer, showcaller, vMix specialist and web/platform builder. I have worked in production since 1996, first in editing and graphics, then across corporate events, streaming, motion design, QLab show control and hybrid platforms.
My useful difference is that I understand the whole machine. I can sit with the client and shape the brief, build the showflow, direct cameras, operate vMix, design the LED wall content, programme the QLab stack, and build the website or platform that supports the event. Not every role on every job, but enough of the system to spot the gaps before they become show-day problems.

Nicolae.tech is not only a live event site. It is also the front door for web design, WordPress, Next.js, Payload CMS and practical AI-assisted copywriting work.
I build websites for real businesses that need clear pages, strong service copy, clean SEO foundations and an editor experience that does not make them hate their own website. That can mean a fast WordPress build with hosting and care, a custom Next.js/Payload CMS site, or a more complex event platform with agendas, speakers, live-stream embeds, voting, polling and audience features.
I also write full website copy. Not lorem ipsum, not thin placeholder text. I use AI as a production accelerator, then edit it with human judgement, SEO intent and a working understanding of what the business actually sells.

Animal Tracks Productions Ltd is the production company. I joined in 1998, became a major shareholder in 2008 and have been Managing Director since 2023.
Nicolae.tech is my personal brand. It is where I take on senior production, showcalling, vMix, streaming, motion graphics, QLab, web design and platform work directly. When a project needs a full ATP-led crew, the company delivers it. When it needs one senior pair of hands on the desk, in the gallery, in the edit, or in the build, I take it on under Nicolae.tech. Both routes are available. The shape depends on the job.
