The client needs the shoot to feel controlled without flying an entire UK team across Europe. The venue has rules. Access windows are tight. The crew needs to understand the brief quickly. The producer needs to hold the client, the schedule and the room.
This was not a giant conference. It was a corporate video day in a working building. That means small footprint, good planning and no theatrical nonsense.
THE APPROACH
I scoped the brief, booked the Munich crew, coordinated the day and directed the shoot on location.
