Spinnaker Support Munich: Corporate Video Shoot at the Telefonica Tower
A clean international corporate video shoot: UK-based producer carrying the brief, Munich crew on the ground, corporate venue, tight window, no drama.

THE BRIEF
International corporate shoots are mostly won or lost before the first frame is recorded.
The client needs the shoot to feel controlled without flying an entire UK team across Europe. The venue has rules. Access windows are tight. The crew needs to understand the brief quickly. The producer needs to hold the client, the schedule and the room.
This was not a giant conference. It was a corporate video day in a working building. That means small footprint, good planning and no theatrical nonsense.
THE APPROACH
I scoped the brief, booked the Munich crew, coordinated the day and directed the shoot on location.
That included:
Client liaison.
Crew and kit scoping.
Local crew booking.
Venue timing and access coordination.
Shoot direction on the day.
Holding the schedule and spec.
The crew was local to Munich, which kept travel and logistics sensible. I carried the brief and the client relationship, while the local team brought city knowledge, kit familiarity and speed on the ground.
That is often the best model for international corporate work: one producer who owns the brief, one trusted crew local to the city.
