Stream a live event
Multi-camera live streaming for a conference, town hall or launch, vision mixed in real time.
- vMix multi-camera stream
- Platform setup & tuning
- Remote presenter integration
- Written failover plan
- On-the-day operation
That is not enough. Hybrid means two audiences at once: the people in the room and the people watching somewhere else, often on a worse connection, in a different time zone, with less patience. The online audience needs a proper experience. Remote presenters need to feel part of the show. The stream needs to hold up when the keynote starts, not just during the test card. I plan, build and operate streaming and hybrid delivery for live events. That includes the streaming stack, vMix workflow, remote presenter setup, redundancy plan, rehearsal testing and on-the-day support.
We plan the stack around your audience, scale, regions and budget. China access, if needed, is designed up front — CDN and platform choices, not an afterthought. The failover plan is written before the show.
Pre-event stream testing: encoder rehearsal, bitrate ladder checks and viewer-side QC. Remote presenters get a tested join path on the protocol that fits their latency and kit.
On-the-day operation: monitoring on dedicated devices, switching, lower-thirds, and live troubleshooting. If a feed degrades the audience sees the cleanest available version while it is fixed in the background.
Stream outputs, recordings and any analytics handed over. Day-rate, project-rate and retained support depending on scope.

Global audiences across the US, Europe, the Middle East and Asia, including reliable mainland China access.
I bring the streaming and vMix layer and slot into your existing audio, lighting, screens and stage management.
Plain prose, three sentences. Date, format, scale, what would count as a good show. I reply within a working day.
